Brokers–can you look at these rates? [banks]

These are the rates I was offered through our broker . for interest-7, 5 only
1st% (5 year arm) 9,775,032th-10% (not just intersest)
He he said we can not continue to be interested only on the second.
We have reserves in the bank, but he says that banks with better prices, the reserves want to be in the bank for 6 months. We are there for 3 months but had not six. Is this really the case? Just because the reserves are not in the bank for 6 months, we can not get better prices?

Using An Assignment Of Contract [real estate contract] [assignment of contract]

Suppose your neighbor has bought and sold several houses. He understands the market, the art of negotiation from both ends of the deal. Why not hire him to negotiate your contract with your prospective buyer or seller?
In an assignment (in almost every state, I know), there is no illegality or complication in this process. Any real estate contract form has the right to assign work as a standard and the assignor clause.
You you need for the contract to cover the need with its know-how
