I have a collection account on EXP, CA that scares me. I know the CA does not follow the rules and I can not risk that they call my job. The villain should fall in the spring of 2009. Who faced a CA that they had anxiety?

Ok, working on my last baddie other than some lates on one account that don't seem to be hurting me too bad.

A few weeks ago I e-mail CEO of TU for the bad guy, the never severel DV letter that was sent to the CA and they never responded well EQ and EX deleted, but not delete TU and this has been going for 4 months I was verified by e-mail of the CEO and now a bad guy after all, it was left to come to the home page of the University within the next month, because it was requested to be removed from the CA deleted

I think my q, which is the proper way to report a paid charge-off ? It does not appear, because even though I may be charged the account, I would assume (not that it matters what I think) that the “status” * should * display “Paid after charge-off”.

Can you get the CA on the basis that the OC reported that the account was cleared on the charge paid.
