If going through the OC did not get the 30 days away, and I decide to go the distance with a CRA never too late, what are the disadvantages of doing so? Is it wise or dangerous?
I called Sears and asked what was up since without coverage in May Basically, there is / was the reason. They sent the request to the accounting of my account with the CRA to update and they said it would place.

I have a question though . I have read a few posts about challenging old addresses them removed from the CRA. What are the benefits in them taken off? If it's for the good reasons of higher FICO, then what must be done, I can on my work? The old address on my list of TU-file is quite long (a lot of movement due to college, then a college, employment,).
I have 17 lines of trade, are at least 6 months old. But only 4 of them are in my report, Trans Union and the residue to the University but in EX and EQ reports. I ordered my TU report Hard Copy (Mail), found no signs of a split file. Creditor contacted my mail . received answers that they presented in all three rating agencies that have opened since the accounts. Well, what should I do? I know TU is the message, but some of my accounts are 12 months old and slow they are still not in the TU rep
I sent a PR letter to the BK court 05/01/2006 asking them if and how they send or verify info to the CRA's; it was sent CMRR and they have not responded…. Should I send a second one??
I just read that accounts can be deleted from CR by the CRA for a DOFD?

Sent dispute to CRA and came back verified on FMCC-I co signed for car for my son/car repossessed in 2000/ filed with ch 13/FMCC did not file claim therefore was not paid and they just updated CR

What should I do next?
I have the 1-2 punch to CA and CRA. The CA, which verifies CRA, although they had before me a letter that “we have received your dispute and any attempts to stop collecting until she examines .”
Today I got a new copy of my CR from TU and it shows “Verified / no change.”
What you think I should do next other than document the injury?
I have to do searches on Nutcase 6-way . can not come with information, so I wanted to ask am – and sorry if this has been handled, but presented 34 pages +, provided that the searches.
I have a paid collection to an OC that I'm trying to get away here, but is Nutcase writing primarily for a CA? Or it can connect directly to the OK, who the report be used? No on CA for the OC reports.
If ok, then I can dispute with the CRA the same time and for any reason I would give for the dispu
