Hello guys,
Currently, I have begun the process of reflection on the acquisition of property, probably in an old small house.
I will be working a job and also attendnig grad school. I have no student loan debt or credit card debt. The only thing I have is a car note of $ 200.00. I guess grad school in Louisiana, where the cost of living is fairly cheap.
I wonder what a home purchase programs, which I should begin to 0.

My ex and I filed for Chapter 7 BK last fall and mine was just discharged. But my ex seems to be getting royally screwed and is nowhere near discharge… I hope this all makes sense-
Long story short, he obtained a lawyer after being sued over a credit card debt and was advised to file for chapter 7. He had the paperwork all done in October and as soon as he paid the fees in full in early December, the papers were to be filed with the court. Late in January, he received an addition
When I started with CB a little less than a year ago, my grades were in the high-low 500's is 600th I had $ 52,000 in credit card debt and the negative trade lines and inaccurate information for all three reports. I have since learned how to dispute inaccurate information to the smart way, and most of my negatives have disappeared. I've still got a standing charge of TU (my worst), but my dispute letters were all but ignored TU.
Still I finally hit 700 today on one of my reports. I&
My husband and I are about $ 25-30k in credit card debt. We have learned our lesson and really want to get these knocked out.
Our interest rates are high, and we think a home equity loan could be something to consider.
We have about $ 30k-35k in equity, but our credit scores are in the mid-600's.
Our mortgage company has actually made contact with us and offers us a home equity loan. This is what we think .
Does mean, I'm in question? Would they also contact me if
Hey, Guys.
Ok, here's the long-short of it: I borrowed money from the government to get a graduate degree from F.U., which I earned in 2007. I was working PT while I finished the program. Needless to say, I racked up SL debt and credit card debt (I already know–bad idea). Ok, cut to Fall 2009. The degree paid off and I got a really great job, but the starting pay is just under 40k for the first year. BUT, there is a significant and guaranteed pay increase both this year and nex

Trying to decide if I should check my scores. I just signed up to the 7 day free trial of CCT, and my grades were incredibly high. I was hovering at 685-700 for about 2 years and now all of a sudden my scores are all in the 750 series of CCT. I pay a few thousand in credit card debt. BK7 is my fall due in May, but maybe it's starting to come on CCT for any reason. I think I must check and then double-check a true report and results from myFICO?
thank for any info. I'd rather not sp
My credit union might be willing to offer me a personal loan as an option to my credit card debt. My cards are around 26% interest on average. Total debt is $15,000. They said the could offer me a personal loan @ 14.5% for 5 years. Only stipulation is I have to close all credit card accounts.
My questions, what type of affect will this have on my credit score? I have 13 credit lines, and all 13 will be paid off in full and I assume show closed in good standing @ creditors request. But

However, I do have a substantial credit card debt. Below is a snap shot of my Equifax report and a few added comments. At the start of this month, I sent verification/validation notices to all OCs and CAs that are reporting on my Credit Reports; I sent the DVs via Certified Mail (I didn't use return receipt, should I?). I received responses from #01, #10 and #12.
