Now they knew the name of the school before completing the application process. It seems immoral to someone pull credit report, if you deny them would not care what's on the basis of their school.

Account CA1 was in 2004. It paid down $ 1,200 and then could not pay. Then it was passed on CA2. When it got to CA2, I owed about $ 1000 and now owe $ 1350th fees I sent OC a settlement offer of $ 725 and a validation of CA2. I will be sued by a collection agency on behalf of another group that I have never heard. I do not even know what this means in terms of OC. Anyway, I answered the complaint was the first DV letter, sent without the 2nd response.

Okay, so after a nice edit of my follow-up of DV Hilco Pryan (our resident genius, letter writing), they finally responded with an attempt to confirm .
Hilco is the agency that sold my Crapon CO I received was six months overdue statements, and that's it. I can not imagine is that the correct validation .
Since it was a follow-up DV, including form I the forfeiture. The letter in response said that they were not obliged to take all the information I had asked for validation.
I sent 2 DV to a CA, which finally sent validation docs . a screen print of the online application and what looks like a screen print of account information. I know this is not enough. I live in FL and they are in CA. The OC-date as the last paid acct was 05:03 and closed on the reports 5.5. Obviously past SOL dates for my condition. What is the best way to react to their shitty validation docs?
Received another letter from Resurgent yesterday. I sent a DV letter to his wife and received a letter from Resurgent say they had trapped validation (NOT) All they said was that at the time of purchase, the amount owed to WaMu was $ xxxx. Whatever! I found out that it is a CA pulled my report after signing the validation. Correct me if im wrong, but that is as a collection activity and there for a NONPP I'm right? If soi just double my return:)
